STOMPer Vincent was one of the drivers who got caught in traffic build-up caused by a vehicle breakdown this morning. He says:
"A police van broke down at the cross junction of Tampines Ave 1 and Bedok Reservoir road this morning.
"The driver and passenger were just sitting in the van for at least 10 minutes.
"No one came down to direct the traffic and the best part is, a Neighbourhood Police Post is less than 200m away and no one came to help?"
