Ang moh driver reversed and hit my car - SDX7703K

This car reversed and hit my car's front bumper - and he pretended like
nothing happened and refused to apologise. Even shouted at me "what do
you want?!"

The car was driven away by another lady who came out from the money
changer kiosk. I guessed this guy does not have driving licence.
